CAFÉ CIELO offers to all our customers the shipping of their purchase by parcel service to any location within the United States.  This service is offered by a parcel service company.
SHIPPING
● Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days) - Shipping cost $5 
● Express Shipping (2 to 3 business days) - Shipping costs $10
free shipping on purchases over $20
We try in all cases that the customer receives your package as soon as possible, however we ask to take into account the following considerations:

● The purchase must be made before 6:00 pm Tampa, Florida time.
● Any purchase made after 6:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.
● Does NOT apply to purchases made on weekends (Friday after 1:00 p.m.) Saturday and Sunday.
● Does NOT apply to purchases made on long weekends and holidays.
● The time of purchase is taken, from the time the customer settles the total order, either by payment via Paypal, Debit/Credit Card, Shop pay, Google Pay.
● If the customer at the time of purchase does not provide the correct information for the delivery address, the parcel may refuse to receive the package and therefore delay the shipment of the same.


In all cases, once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an email from CAFÉ CIELO with the confirmation of your purchase and the tracking number to track your package with the chosen carrier.  For reasons beyond the control of CAFÉ CIELO, it may happen that the delivery of the package is delayed, delays that are not the responsibility of CAFÉ CIELO but of the transport company and therefore we cannot offer any compensation.

In these cases, please inform us and we will gladly follow up.

In case of loss of your package, CAFÉ CIELO and the customer must complete the claim process with the carrier, a process that can take up to 10 business days to confirm it as lost. Upon completion of the process, CAFÉ CIELO will send the customer a replacement package.
CAFÉ CIELO will not be responsible for any loss of goods if the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
